Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is typically:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • UPS: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other factors outside of our control.

Casa de Ajéí is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Our candles are crafted with a luxe coconut wax blend with a natural melt point between 122°F and 127°F.

During warmer months, packages may be exposed to elevated temperatures while in transit or after delivery.

Softening, sweating, or minor surface changes may occur and do not affect the quality, scent throw, or performance of the candle.

If your candle arrives softened, allow it to rest upright at room temperature for several hours before lighting. It will naturally reset.

Casa de Ajéí is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes after delivery. We recommend retrieving packages promptly and avoiding prolonged outdoor exposure.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

Casa de Ajéí is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address, refused deliveries, or shipments delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or contains missing items, please contact heart@casadeajei.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

Without this documentation, we may be unable to assist with a carrier claim.
